I have sat and wondered where it all began.
I still see your faces, across this great big land.
Did you have reason to lend a helping hand ?
Did I have a reason to travel through your land ?
I have stumbled and I have fallen,
I was bruised and I was broken,
Yet I wonder, many times,
why you still live in my mind.
As I think of all the laughter,
all the sorrow and the pain,
As I count the many foot steps,
was this journey all in vain ?
I have asked myself these questions as my life unfolds thus far.
Will we ever walk together ?
Will we look upon the stars ?
I was just a little walker who was touched by all your hearts.
Still I sit and wonder, was this journey all in vain ?
Will the vision of your faces in my memory just remain ?
I will watch the many sunsets, I will understand the rain.
I will always know your face though I may not know your name.
I will cherish every moment, every step of the way,
With the people who had fed me, kept me warm, and let me rest.
Now I ask you all this question, to a many or to a few, Is it time to get together ?
What's there left for us to do ?
Is it time for us to gather ?
Is it time for us to talk about the many wonders of this Magic Walk ?
